Clear Community Broadband
Community Broadband is provided by a connecting the community via a high speed broadband connection. This could be done via Fibre or Fixed Wireless connection.
The connection to the individual user will be dependent on the cabling in place within the community.
Typically a new apartment/building will use Ethernet cabling (Ethernet to the Home or ETTH), whilst existing buildings will use copper that is already run to the building and deliver it via ADSL2 or VDSL.
Either way a high speed connection can be provided to the individual user.
Each user must have a device to terminate the connection.
For each service, Clear will provide a default device as part of the activation/installation.
