How do we do it? We provide you with 2 diverse technologies (having 2 fibre services does not guarantee greater uptime when the same fibres could be cut). We install our managed router, and we design an automated failover to the alternative service. When an outage occurs, you will not even notice that a change occurred (other than if the alternative service operates at lower bandwidth).

We have worked with large organisations to provide multiple modes of failover to ensure continuity for VOIP/Voice services or essential networks in the unlikely event an outage does occur. When the primary service is backed up, the router will automatically redirect traffic over this link.
